Each room has a special, refined and original decor and is named after a region or special place in Argentina. (Three Suites, four Junior Suites and two deluxe rooms) The Colibrí suite and the two suites have a spacious living room furnished comfortably, combining style, comfort, period details, and providing a special charm. Each is decorated with hand painted floral design walls that is reproduced on the curtains and in the baths. The fireplace in the living room is reproduced in the main hall of the suite, where a spacious and comfortable bed invites you to rest and to enjoy the scenery outside through the windows. This rewarding view can be enjoyed from the private terrace of each Junior Suite and suites overlooking the garden. The bathrooms, are the perfect place for a restful bath in a large tub or enjoy a refreshing shower in the separate shower area. All rooms are equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and surround sound, a mini-bar, safe and free Wi-Fi Internet access. You’ll start the day with a great breakfast, have an asado in the field, and at the end of the hunting, the day's spoils along with other outstanding dishes and desserts make up the exquisite meals at La Table du Colibrí.
El Colibrí Estancia de Charme is located in one of the world renowned dove hunting spots: Cordoba, where hunting season is open all year round and is limitless. A recent study by Argentine Hunting and Natural Resources estimates that the population of doves surpasses 32 million. You can anticipate an unparalleled experience each day of shooting made possible because of the Estancia’s location and amenities. El Colibrí organizes the hunting day beginning at 8 a.m. A bird boy providing the cartridges and loading the weapon accompanies each hunter. At noon the group takes a restful break under the trees to enjoy a traditional Argentine asado and a refreshing hammock nap. The hunting continues afterwards until the six in the afternoon. At night, the day's spoils along with other outstanding dishes and desserts make up the exquisite meals at La Table du Colibrí. The vegetables and herbs used are grown in the garden; the dairy products, eggs and meat are obtained from the Estancia’s animals. Local flavors take center stage at the tastings where cold cuts, cheeses and homemade rolls accompany an exclusive selection of wines from the three of the finest wine producing regions in Argentina (Mendoza, Salta and Patagonia).
You will fly into Santiago Chile, and then board a plane for Cordoba. The airport is approximately an hour and a half from the Estancia. You will be met and driven by staff to El Colibrí Estancia.
The river passes through the ranch and the burbling stream accompanies you, through long walks, horseback rides and cycling trips. The river banks are a picturesque place for having a gourmet picnic or the best Argentine asado ever.

All day you’ll be treated to the sight of more than 137 species of birds flyng overhead.. Including the Hummingbird which has given its name to the ranch is quite visable and you will notice a special magic in its flight
The stars at night are an imposing spectacle in the nocturnal sky of the austral hemisphere, and it is possible to enjoy the constellations using a sidereal map prepared specifically for this purpose.
