Estancia Alicura is located in the northern part of Patagonia, Argentina east of Bariloche. Patagonia conjures up thoughts of exotic adventure and an untouched nature that few are privileged to experience. For centuries, this amazing land of Ice Age-created lakes, Alp-like mountains and unique wildlife was the home Indian tribes. In the late 1800’s, Europeans colonized the area with sprawling estancias and charming towns, like Bariloche.  Gauchos still ride horseback over the 200,000 acres of Alicura. But the estancia is hardly old-fashioned; this colonial ranch boasts 19th century charm and 21st century luxury.

Deluxe double occupancy is offered at the estancia.  Each room is very comfortable and well appointed. You might stay at the 4 bedroom main house recently renovated century-old ranch. or in the 3 bedroom guesthouse. Either place you will experience excellent personal service and attention to detail. From duvet-covered beds to thick terrycloth bathrobes to gourmet meals you will enjoy and wine served by the friendly, courteous staff at Estancia Alicura. “Service” is the word from arrival through departure. The amazing staff caters to your every need making your stay most enjoyable! Three meals a day are served with refreshments in the field and open bar at the estancia. And at the end of the day relax by a fireplace and relive the day’s events or stretch those muscles in the beautiful swimming pool..
